华东地区六省一市和谐社会构建评价研究

Evaluation research on construction of harmonious society of six provinces in East China and Shanghai city

在深刻理解和谐社会科学内涵和本质的基础上,根据我国华东地区六省一市的社会发展实际,选取5个子系统34个评价指标,构建华东六省一市和谐社会评价指标体系,采用《中国统计年鉴—2009》最新统计数据,对比运用聚类分析法和主成分-聚类法,对华东六省一市和谐社会发展程度进行了实证分析.结果表明:华东六省一市和谐社会发展水平的高低可依次分为3类:第1类为上海;第2类为江苏、浙江、山东;第3类为福建、江西、安徽.评价结果符合华东地区社会发展实际.

Based on the discussion of constructing socialist harmonious society made by Chinese Communist Party,this paper advances the scientific connotation and essential characteristics of harmonious society,and then establishes an index system to evaluate harmonious society development degree synthetically for six provinces in East China and Shanghai city with the practice of developing in economy and society.Here,we regard the harmonious society as the general target,select 5 subsystems composed of 34 evaluation indices,and use the method of Clusrer analysis and Principal component-cluster analysis to empirically analyze the harmonious society development of six provinces in East China and Shanghai city,according to China Statistical Yearbook-2009 and some other statistical data.The result shows that the six provinces and Shanghai city could be divided into 3 classes in harmonious degree.The first class includes Shanghai.The second class includes Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Shandong.The third class includes Fujian,Jiangxi and Anhui.The result is coincident with the developing situation of East China.
