浅谈校本教研对教师专业成长的促进作用

摘要 校本教研作为教育教学的一种形态,被教学业内人士广泛认可。我校于2005年开展了校本教研,感受颇深。教师最了解教学的困难和需求,能立刻知道问题所在,掌握第一手资料。
