摘要
目的通过对北京市区三级甲等医院急诊科医生工作压力状况的调查,探讨急诊医生工作压力对身心健康的影响。方法采用整群抽样方法抽取北京市区三级甲等医院120名急诊科医生和80名普通内科医生,分别进行问卷调查其工作压力源、心理健康状况。结果三级甲等医院急诊科与普通内科医生在专业信心和医疗自我满意度方面比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),在工作量和工作环境方面比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),在人际关系、情感及思维方式等方面比较差异亦有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论三级甲等医院急诊科医生工作压力大,建议医院管理者采取有效的措施,改善工作环境和人际关系,维护急诊科医生的健康。
Objective To explore the working pressure of the top three hospitals in emergency doctors, and to provide the basis for hospital decision - makers. Methods Cluster sampling including 120 emergency department physicians and 80 general physicians of top three hospitals, a questionnaire survey of the soui'ce of their working stress and mental health status was done. Results Between general physicians and emergency doctors in the top three hospitals, there was no significant difference in the general confidence in the professional and medical satisfaction (P 〉 0. 05 ); there were significant differences not only in the workload and working environment ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but also in the interpersonal relationships, emotional and the ways of thinking (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Emergency doctors have more working pressure, the hospital manager should make more effective measures to improve the working environment and relationships, to maintain the health of emergency doctors.
