摘要
高压均质机是根据均质原理和空穴效应,在巨大动能作用下通过阀件的窄小的间隙产生强烈的剪切,把物料颗粒破碎成极细的微粒。它不仅能应用于食品、饮料、生物、制药、润滑脂等行业1,而且在分散、还原、酸性染料等染料后处理粉碎工艺中得到很好的应用,替代了长期用得砂磨锅,缩短了工时,节约了能耗,提高了产品的质量2。近年来,经过东华高压均质机厂和有机颜料生产厂的技术人员不懈的努力,解决了高压均质机的材质和配套助剂等关键,从而在有机颜料的超细粉碎后处理加工中取得了成功,并在喷墨打印墨水、油墨和涂料印花浆的生产工艺中取得了突破和成功。
Working on the principle of homogeneity and void effect, High-pressure Homogenizer can grind coarse particles into ultra-fine ones by strong cut from valve's narrow clearance by great kinetic energy. It is widely used not only in food, beverage, biology, pharmacy and lubricating grease industry but also used in post-processing grinding technologies of disperse, vat and acid dyes I. The high-pressure homogenizer substitutes traditional sander to shorten working hours, reduce energy consumption and improve product quality2. In recently years, technicians of Shanghai Donghua High Pressure Oil Pump Manufacturing Plant and organic pigment manufacturing plant spare no efforts to find solutions for materials and compatible additives. Succeeds have been made in post-processing grinding technologies of organic pigments and breakthroughs been achieved in producing jet inks, printing inks and pigment printing pastes.
