Discussion on the Variants of Cooperation between School and Enterprise——The Thinking and Behavior of Talent Cultivation Model of Technological Undergraduate Colleges

在我国,从企业办职业教育到校企合作人才培养模式的形成和创新,学校与企业的关系几经嬗变与调整。随着社会经济、科技的飞速发展,当今的校企合作呈现诸多变式,这些变式的价值取向逐渐由利益偏倚一方转变为校企双赢,合作方式开始关注动态作用中的各种可能,合作领域也由局部合作拓展到全方位合作。

From enterprise organizing vocational education to the formation and innovation of talents cultivation model of cooperation between school and enterprise,the relationship between school and enterprise had experienced several changes.With the development of economy and technology,the values of these variants have transformed from the interests of a party bias to mutual benefits of school and enterprise,and the cooperation modes has started to focus on various possibilities in dynamic function,and the cooperation domain has extended to all-round cooperation from local cooperation.
