摘要
通过协整分析发现,黑龙江省高等教育发展水平对经济增长的弹性为0.278。进一步发挥高等教育对经济增长的促进作用,不仅要继续提升高等教育毛入学率,更需高等教育在投入、层次、结构上加强与区域经济发展的适应性。
Co-integration analysis show that,the elasticity of high education to economic growth is 0.278 in Heilongjiang province.Therefore,in order to further exert the role of high education on promoting economic growth,Heilongjiang should not only need to enhance the gross enrollment rate of higher education,but also should strengthen investment and adjust level and structure of higher education to enhance its adaptability to local economic development.
