中西部地区高职院校加强实践教学条件建设对策

Measures to Strengthen Practice Teaching Conditions of Higher Vocational Schools in Midwest Region

由于办学指导思想不够明确、财政投入不足、"双师"素质教师缺乏等原因,导致中西部地区市属高职院校实践教学条件难以满足高职教育人才培养的要求。解决中西部地区市属高职院校实践教学条件的实施路径有三种:对接产业,与企业联办专业;寻求订单培养,改善实践教学条件;争取政府投入,吸引行业企业支持,探索"校、政、企"共建实训基地的模式。

As the guiding idea of school running is not clear enough, lack of financial investment and ＂dual-qualification＂ teachers and other reasons, the practical teaching conditions of municipal higher vocational schools in Midwest regions are difficult to meet the requirements of talents cultivation. There are three implementation paths to improve the practical teaching conditions of municipal higher vocational schools in Midwest regions： docking industry, running specialty with enterprise; searching orders training; trying for government investment, attracting industry support, and exploring the model of＂school, government and enterprise building training base cooperatively＂.
