城乡职业学校合作办学策略——以石家庄为例

Strategies on Cooperation in Running School between Rural and Urban Vocational Schools——An Example of Shijiazhuang

随着城镇化速度的加快,加强城乡职业学校合作办学无疑是提高农村职业教育整体水平,促进区域职教均衡发展,解决就业和"三农"问题的重要途径。针对城乡职业学校合作中存在的问题,政府应制定相应的扶持政策和完善在学费、学籍、招生和就业等方面的合作办学管理机制;合作学校之间也应本着诚信原则,建立合作机制。

With the acceleration of urbanization, to strengthen cooperation in running schools between urban and rural vocational schools is no doubt an important way which can raise the overall level of vocational education in rural areas, promote the balanced development of regional vocational education and address the problems of employment the＂construction of new country, new peasant and new agriculture＂. Aiming at problems exists in urban and rural vocational schools cooperation, the government should develop appropriate support policies and improve the tuition fees, student status, enrollment and employment of cooperative education management system; cooperation schools should also be in good faith to establish cooperation mechanisms.
