分析了带螺纹塑件的工艺结构特点及塑件要求,模具设计制造的难点;介绍了其注射模的结构、工作过程;重点阐述了螺纹型芯的脱模机构及其定位结构。其模具结构精巧,生产安全可靠,维修、维护、拆装容易。
Techniques, special requirements and difficulties in design and producing of this screw thread products has been analyzed. Structure, working principle and operating process of this injection mold has been introduced. It emphasize the mold demoulding structure and position structure of screw thread core. The structure is small and exquisite. It is safe to be produced and easy to install, uninstall and repair.
