摘要
目的了解海军某部官兵的口腔健康情况,作为海军部队口腔卫生勤务研究试点的基线资料。方法制定口腔健康状况调查方案及调查标准,采用分层和整群抽样的方法选择调查样本,共调查2972人。利用FoxPro 6.0软件建立数据库,采用SPSS 11.5软件进行统计描述分析。结果龋病患病率为30.2%,牙周疾病患病率为56.1%,第3磨牙阻生齿检出率为22.8%。结论我海军某部官兵口腔疾病患病率较高,医学需求量较大。
Objective To investigate the oral health status among the naval officers and soldiers in China,to provide basic data for studying oral health care for naval troops.Methods Data of 2972 naval officers and soldiers were collected with stratified sampling and cluster sampling.Results The prevalence rate of dental caries,periodontal disease,third molars among naval officers and soldiers was 30.2%,56.1%,22.8% respectively.Conclusion The prevalence of oral diseases in some naval troops was relatively high.Thus,preventive oral health care is needed.
