This paper describes the present situation of mine workers＇ safety quality and finds out the root of accidents in mines.The importance of safety quality of all members is proposed.The way to improve the safety quality of mine workers are describes in the following aspects,such as objects and methods of safety quality education,safety propaganda education and building responsibility system of safety management.
