水平管外开孔铜泡沫R134a池沸腾换热实验研究 被引量:9

POOL BOILING HEAT TRANSFER OF R134a OUTSIDE HORIZONTAL OPEN-CELL COPPER FOAM TUBES

摘要 本文对6根不同几何参数开孔铜金属泡沫覆盖层铜管外R134a的池沸腾换热性能进行了试验研究。实验结果表明铜金属泡沫对R134a池沸腾相变传热能起到很好的强化作用,在低热流密度范围内其沸腾传热系数约为光管的2.6~4.4倍。 Pool boiling heat transfer data of six different open-cell copper foam coated tubes are presented. The experimental results indicate that these open-cell copper foam tubes can enhance pool boiling heat transfer of refrigerant R134a if the structure parameters are properly selected, and at not high heat flux range the enhanced ratio can reach 2.6-4.4 compared with smooth tube.
