集胞藻PCC6803中Ⅱ型RNA结合蛋白对于脂肪酸组成的效应

摘要 在集胞藻PCC6803中,Ⅱ型RNA结合蛋白基因rbp3在温度下降时仅有轻微上调.与野生型相比,rbp3突变株中膜脂多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)总量显著减少.但是,PUFA的减少并未达到影响其在低温下生长的程度.突变株中的脂肪酸脱饱和酶基因desA,desB和desD,以及在15℃生长所需要的基因ccr-1的mRNA显著减少,而rbp1(RNA结合蛋白1)和crhR(RNA解旋酶轻链)的mRNA不受影响.因而,Rbp3可直接或间接地影响某些基因的mRNA水平.
