Analyzing the Characteristics of Writing Test Items for National Matriculation Test Based on the Hot Arguments of the Society——Taking the Writing Items in the National Matriculation Test of 2009 as An Example

高考写作的特殊性是相对于作家创作和生活写作而言的。高考写作要求考生在特定时空、限定话题/内容的情境下,写出符合命题者要求,能展现真实写作水平的文章。它是一种评估考生写作能力高低,达到高考选拔目的的测评方式。高考写作命题既有大规模测试的一般属性,又具有区别于文学、生活写作的特有属性,二者共同构成了高考写作命题的特别规定性：测评性、区分性、公平性、防范性、限制性、可写性和强制性。

The writing test on the special topic for the National Matriculation Test is different from the creation of the writers and life writing, which requires the students to write an article according to the test in the definite time and space with limited topic and context to demonstrate their real writing level. It is a kind of evaluation approach to evaluate whether or not students＇ writing level reach the selection standard.
