摘要
为了更好地发挥专科护士的工作积极性,促进专科护士成长,护理部提供专科发展的平台,组织全院不同专科的专科护士进行查房,一方面提升了主查专科护士的整体素质及专业影响力,提高了参与查房护士的专业水平并拓展知识面,另一方面为住在非专科病房的疑难患者提供专业指导。护士、患者双受益,达到双赢的效果。
To enhance specialized nurses＇ working enthusiasm and promote their personal development,nursing department provided a platform for specialized nurses in the form of specialized nursing ward round led by the specialized nurses. This practice not only enhanced the overall competence and professional impacts of specialized nurses,improved the non-specialized nurses＇ professional levels and broadened their knowledge,but also provided specialized health education for the patients. As a result,both nurses and patients got benefits from specialized nursing ward round.
