摘要
本文引入"社会资本"这一概念,并从社会关系网络和社会信任两个维度就社会资本对农村居民工资性收入的作用机制进行理论分析,而后基于中国农户调查数据就社会资本在劳动力市场上对农民外出务工所得工资性收入的影响进行探索性研究,随后,借助农民工祖辈的社会背景作为工具变量对模型的回归结果进行稳健性检验。研究结果表明。拥有较高社会资本存量的求职者能在劳动力市场获得较高的工资。
This paper introduces the concept of social capital, and theoretically analyzes the mechanism of social capital on rural residents' wage from social network and social trust, then researches the effect of social capital on the wage of farmers working outside based on China' s rural households survey data. Subsequently, this paper also uses the social background of migrant workers' grandparents as a tool variable to test the robustness of the results on the regression model. The results show that, with higher stock of social capital, job seekers can get higher wages in the labor market. In addition, this study not only enriches the research of social capital in the field of economies, but also provides a new direction for the study on income.
