我国农村公共产品供给模式选择研究——基于地区差异的视角

Research on Supply Mode Selection of China's Rural Public Goods——in Perspective of Regional Differences

当前我国正处于全面的社会转型期,农民对公共产品的需求日益增长且多样化。在此形势下,科学设计农村公共产品供给模式,对于我国农村经济社会的快速、健康发展意义重大。因此,本文基于地区差异的视角,对农村公共产品供给模式的选择问题进行研究。本文认为:农村公共产品供给模式的选择,应以不同地区农村的实际情况为出发点,选择能够满足其发展需要的供给模式。同时本文还提出了农村公共产品供给模式的选择模型。

At present, China is in a comprehensive social transition period. Farmers＇ demands for public goods are growing and diverse. In this situation, in order to supply rural public goods fairly and efficiently, it is of great significance to design the supply mode of rural public goods for rural economy and society＇ s rapid and healthy development. Therefore, in perspective of regional differences, this paper studies the supply mode selection of China＇ s rural public goods. This paper argues that： supply mode selection of China＇ s rural public goods should be based on the actual conditions and objective needs in different rural areas, and we should do rural public goods＇ specific options depending on the characteristics of rural areas in order to meet rural development needs. At the same time, it also indicates the supply selection model of rural public goods.
