本文简要分析了通信标准与知识产权的关系,对比了国内外主要标准组织的知识产权政策,分析了目前标准中涉及知识产权政策的主要问题。

This paper analyzes the relationship between Telecommunication Standards and Intellectual Property, compares the IP policies between domestic and international standard organizations, and explores the major issues of IP protection in standardization area with proposals.
