Spheroidizing Treatment Investigation of B-Al Spheroidal Graphite Cast Iron

选用Al-Mg合金废料作为球化剂,研究了Al-Mg合金对铁水的球化效果。通过试验确定2.0～2.1％Al-Mg(10％Mg)合金能保证获得低硅球墨铸铁,球化效果良好。

The effect of Al-Mg alloy on liquid iron spheroidizing result has been investigated. The Al-Mg alloy waste was selected as spheroidizing agent. The test result indicated that 2. 0-2. 1% Al-Mg(10%Mg) alloy could guarantee to acquire the spheroidal graphite cast iron containing low-silicon, and the spheroidal reaction was very good.
