豫南引种茶树品种光合特性与品质成分的研究 被引量:9

摘要 测定了豫南地区引进的6个茶树品种的光合参数,并对茶叶品质成分进行分析.结果表明,碧香早的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量及叶绿素总量均极显著高于其它品种;白毫早的净光合速率显著高于其它品种,蒸腾速率极显著高于其它品种;舒茶早的水分利用效率极显著高于其它品种.迎霜、白毫早、碧香早的综合品质成分表现较优;从光合色素含量方面考虑,碧香早应为引进品种中的品质较优良品种;白毫早和舒茶早的净光合速率较高,具有高产的潜能;舒茶早水分利用效率极显著高于其它品种,为较耐旱的品种;迎霜、白毫早、碧香早是制作绿茶较好的品种. With portable photosynthetic meter the photosynthetic parameter of six introduced tea cultivars in south of Henan Province was measured,and the quality components were analysed.The results showed: the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,carotenoid and the total contents of chlorophyll in Bixiangzao were extremely significantly higher than those of other cultivars.In Baihaozao the net photosynthesis rate was significantly higher than that of other cultivars,and the transpiration rate was extremely significantly higher than that of other cultivars.Water use efficiency in Shuchazao was extremely significantly higher than that of other cultivars.The quality components of Yingshuang,Baihaozao and Bixiangzao were better than those of other cultivars.For photosynthetic pigment Bixiangzao was the best cultivar.Baihaozao and Shuchazao had high yield potentiality.Shuchazo was tolerant to drought.Yingshuang,Baihaozao and Bixiangzao were better to make green tea.
