摘要
研制了一种新型的钢排钉自动成排装置电气系统.该系统由PLC控制,通过钉到位检测传感器检测钢钉到达信号,由推钉装置推钉成排,由钉头检测传感器检测钉头是否一致,不一致由吸钉装置吸出不一致钢钉达到自动成排要求.
This thesis describes a new electric system of automatic arrangement for row steel nails.The system is controlled by PLC.The pushing nail device pushes the nail in an arrangement device when the nails are detected by nail reaching sensor.The nail will be pulled by electromagnet,whose head direction is not the same as detected by the nail head sensor.At last,the nails row up automaticaly.
