脑中央区占位性病变患者体感诱发磁场的变化

摘要 目的探讨脑中央区占位病变患者体感诱发磁场的变化。方法应用脑磁图仪对9例脑中央区占位病变患者及60名正常对照者行腕部正中神经刺激,记录体感诱发磁场M20的潜伏期及磁源性影像三维定位;分析M20潜伏期及磁源性影像与脑中央占位病变性质的关系。结果 9例脑中央区占位病变患者中,2例M20潜伏期及三维定位正常,其手术后病理结果为脑膜瘤;7例潜伏期及三维定位异常患者的手术后病理结果 6例为星形细胞瘤,1例为淋巴细胞瘤。结论脑中央区占位病变患者体感诱发磁场变化对判断肿瘤性质有一定的意义。 Objective To investigate the changes of somatosensory evoked magnetic fields(SEF) in patients with occupying lesion in the centre of brain.Methods To stimulate the wrist median nerves and record the M20 latency period and three-dimensional positioning of SEF in 9 patients with occupying lesions in the centre of brain and 60 normal controls by magnetoencephalography. The relationship between the M20 latency period and magnetic source imaging and quality of occupying lesion were analysed.Results Of 9 patients with occupying lesions in the centre of brain,the M20 latency period and magnetic source imaging in 2 cases were in the normal range,their pathology results after operation were durosarcoma; which in 7 cases were abnormal,and their pathology results were astrocytoma in 6 cases,lymphoma in 1 case.Conclusion It is significance to judge the quality of tumor by the change of SEF in patients with occupying lesion in the centre of brain.
