摘要 采用几种不同粘结剂组成比例的MIM油基粘结剂高密度合金注射料,研究了其溶剂萃取脱脂过程及动力学控制因素。结果表明:MIM油基粘结剂的化学溶剂萃取脱脂过程的控制步骤为溶剂与粘结剂在溶剂-粘结剂溶体中的互扩散,可用dW=1-exp(-tτ)表示,其互扩散系数处于5~8×10-7cm2/s范围。 The solvent extraction debinding process and dynamics for the heavy alloy MIM feedstocks based on oil based binders were studied.It is shown that the dynamic limiting step of the solvent extraction debinding is the interdiffusion between the solvent and binder,which could be described by the equation of dW=1-exp(-tτ).The interdiffusion coefficient is 5~8×10 -7 cm 2/s.
