摘要
将废革屑打成浆液,脲醛树脂为胶黏剂,按造纸工艺制造再生革。通过测定抄片的紧度、机械强度、透水汽性和透气性,研究了脲醛树脂用量、浆液pH、固化剂对废革屑抄片性能的影响。结果表明:随脲醛树脂用量的增加,抄片机械强度增加,其用量在5%~15%范围内不会显著降低抄片的透水汽性。优化出的再生革制造条件为脲醛树脂用量15%,浆液pH值4.0,以硫酸作为固化剂。
The leather waste from tannery was broken into pulp and then prepared into regenerated leather through conventional wet papermaking method by using formaldehyde resin (UF) as composite. The influence of UF dosages, pulp pH and curing a- gents on the properties of hand - made sheets, were investigated by measuring their density, mechanical strengthes, water vapor permeability and air permeability. The experimental results indicate that the mechanical strengthes of the sheets increases as in- creasing dosage of UF, and UF has no considerable effect on water vapor permeability of the sheets within the dosage range of 5% -15%. The optimal conditions of preparing regenerated leather axe found to be as follos: the waste leather pulp (pH4. 0) is compounded with 15% UF, and is cured by sulfuric acid.
