非离子型表面活性剂在皮革染色中的作用——通过分光光谱法和动态光散射技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 将先进测试技术用于分析皮革染色机理。结合反射系数测量技术,首先考察了以不同方式加入聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂(C18POEn)时,染色动力学及革表面颜色性质。接着,利用分光光谱技术分析了C18POEn与染料以及明胶的相互作用。最后,通过动态光散射技术分析了在加入染料或明胶后,C18POEn溶液中粒子尺寸分布变化情况。研究结果表明:加入C18POEn后,染色过程变缓且染色革颜色更均匀。特别是与染料同时加入时,C18POEn的匀染效果更好。分光光度法结果显示,C18POEn与染料、明胶通过氢键和疏水键发生了结合。粒子尺寸分析结果表明,C18POEn倾向于与染料发生相互作用。总之,这类非离子型表面活性剂的匀染作用,依赖于其与染料的相互作用。 The advanced analytic techniques were applied for understanding leather dyeing. Combining reflectance measurements, the effect of polyoxyethylene ethers nonionic surfactants (C18POEn ) and its adding strategy on leather dyeing kinetics and surface color properties were first analyzed. The interactions among C18POEn, dyes and gelatin were studied with spectrophotometry. Particle sizes in C18POEn solutions with dyes or gelatin were estimated with dynamic light scattering method. It shows that the dyeing process is slowed down with C18POEn ; the uniformity and shade of surface color are improved. Furthermore, ClsPOEn added together with dyes would bring about the best levelling effect. Spectrophotometric study shows that complexes are formed by hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions among C18POEn, dyes and gelatin. Particle size results suggest that C18POEn is prone to interact with dyes, not with gelatin. All these results verify that the levelling effect of polyoxyethylene ethers nonionic surfaetants depend on the interactions between surfactants and dyes.
