摘要
在本研究的前期工作中,超高压超临界撞击流方法制备破壁灵芝孢子取得成功。为了进一步提高破壁率,本文研究了灵芝孢子在超高压撞击流下的破壁机理。从灵芝孢子粉破壁的过程出发,结合灵芝孢子粉的结构,分析了孢子在原料罐中及刚出喷嘴时孢壁的受力分析,超高压超临界流体气爆时孢壁的受力分析,以及孢子撞击靶板时的受力分析。分析结果表明:孢子在原料罐中承受超高压,产生开裂的起裂源。经过卸压气爆和超高速撞击,使得灵芝孢子破壁。研究结论可为工艺参数的优化提供重要依据。
In preliminary work,the preparation of sporoderm-broken ganoderma lucidum spores was succeeded through the ultra-high pressure supercritical impinging streams methed.In order to improve sporoderm-broken ratio,the mechanism on preparation of sporoderm-broken spores of ganoderma lucidum were analyzed.Based on the process of preparing sporoderm—broken spores of ganoderma lucidum and the structure of the spore,the strength was studied when spores were in the raw material jar and out of the nozzle.The strength of the spores were studied on the gas burst and impinging the target.The analysis shows that the ganoderma lucidum spores will crack under ultra-high pressure.The gas burst and the impingement caused by high speed jet is the main reason of sporoderm broken.The results are useful for optimizing process parameters.
