摘要
以上海宝山钢铁厂2030mm五机架冷连轧机的第一、二和末架AGC系统为基础,分析了三机架冷连轧机的结构和工作原理。为了进一步改进产品质量,提出了改进末架轧机AGC系统结构的措施,并采用计算机对该系统的动态过程进行仿真研究。结果表明,改进后系统工作状态良好。
This paper analysises the structure and operahng principle of three stands cold tandem mill based on AGC system of the first,second and fifth stand in 2030mm five stands cold tan-dem mill of Shanghai Baoshan iron and Steel Plant. The improving measures on the AGsystemstruture of the fifth stand has been put forword and the emulation study on dynamic procedure ofthes system has been done by con1Puter. The result shows the improved system being in ed operation.
