摘要
论述在不增加投资，不影响石墨电极产品质量的前提下，利用石墨化炉余热，并适当改变保温料配比等生产操作来生产碳化硅的方法。
Under the condition of no extra investiment and no influence on the quality of graphite products, it has succeeded in exploiting the process to produce SiC by use of remaining heat from graphite furnace, also by properly altering the mixture ratio of heat retaining materials and adjusting its production operation.
