不同产地、不同生长年限人参SOD的比较

Comparaison on the SOD activity of Panax ginseng from different ages and sources

目的:比较不同产地、不同生长年限人参SOD活力,为人参药材的质量评价和临床应用提供依据。方法:采用改良的邻苯三酚自氧化法测定各样品SOD活力,采用考马斯亮蓝法测定各样品蛋白含量,采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳及NBT显色法进行各样品酶活显示。结果:不同产地的人参SOD活力存在很大差别,最高为72.20U.mg-1,最低为12.16U.mg-1;4年和5年生人参SOD活力差别较小。结论:应用SOD活性分析方法可以对不同产地人参的质量进行快速、有效的评价。

OBJECTIVE To compare the SOD activity of Panax ginseng from different ages and sources, and provide the hasis for quality evaluation and clinical application of ginseng herbs. METHODS Coomassie brilliant blue method was used to determine the protein concentration. Improved pyrogallol auto-oxidation method and NBT photoreduetion method were used to determine the SOD activity. RESULTS The SOD activitity of 15 places were different, respectively. The highest activity was 72. 20 U·mg^-1 ,The lowest activity was 12. 16 U·mg^-1. The SOD aetivitity of four years and five years ginseng could not be observed. CONCLUSION The analysis method was accurate, fast, thus it can be used to determinate the different sources of ginseng.
