眩晕宁结合针刺治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of vertigo-calming therapy combined with acupuncture for vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo

目的:评价眩晕宁+针刺治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选择确诊的椎-基层动脉供血不足性眩晕82例,分治疗组42例和对照组40例。治疗组用眩晕宁+针刺治疗,对照组用针刺治疗,均连续治疗一周,比较2组患者的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.6%,对照组总有效率为85.0%,2组疗效间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:眩晕宁+针刺治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的疗效明显,是治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的理想手段。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical efficacy of vertigo-calming therapy combined with acupuncture for vertebralbasilar artery insufficiency vertigo. METHODS Choosing diagnosed vertebral-primary arterial insufficiency vertigo 82 cases, 42 cases were divided as treatment group and 40 as control group. The treatment group were treated with vertigo-calming combined with acupuncture and the control group with acupuncture only, both groups continuously treated for one week, then effcacies of the two groups were compared. RESULTS The total effective rate was 97. 6% in the treatment group and 85.0% in the control group, with a statistically difference between the two groups （P〈0. 01）. CONCLUSION The efficacy of vertigocalming combined with acupuncture treatment of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo is clearer, it＇s an ideal therapeutic treatment.
