推拿配合梅花针治疗重症肌无力31例临床观察

Therapeutic Effect of Massage Combined with Plum-blossom Needling Therapy for Myasthenia Gravis:A Report of 31 Cases

目的:观察采用推拿配合梅花针治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效。方法:对31例患者采用推拿和梅花针综合治疗,治疗1周为1疗程,观察1～4疗程。结果:临床近期治愈3例,显效16例,有效11例,无效1例,总有效率为96.8%。结论:推拿配合梅花针治疗重症肌无力简验便廉。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of massage combined with plum blossom needling therapy for myasthenia gravis(MG).Methods:Thirty-one MG patients were treated with massage combined with plum-blossom needling therapy.One week constituted one treatment course,and the treatment lasted 1 ～ 4 courses.Results:Three patients were cured,1 6 markedly effective,11 effective and 1 ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.8%.Conclusion:Massage combined with plum-blossom needling therapy is practical and effective for myasthenia gravis.
