摘要
用有限元法计算了圆盘和周边波纹状炉底板在高温下热应力大小及分布,然后根据计算结果优选了波纹状炉底板结构,经实验证实。
By means of finite element method,the values and distribution of heating stress to a disc and circular wave furnace bottom at high temperature are vorked out ,and then according to the result selected the structure of wave bottom,test reslts showed that it has obvious effect to increase service life.
