Approach on Sustainable Development of Management System and Operational Model on Community Health Service System

社区卫生服务机构是新型医疗卫生服务体系的基础。目前一些社区卫生服务机构作为居民健康的"守门人"制度还没有完全建立起来,存在着财政补偿机制不到位、双向转诊机制缺位,以及基础设施建设和人才队伍建设滞后等问题和不足。本文针对上述问题提出相关政策建议。

Community health care is the fundamental of new pattern health service.Gatekeeper arrangements did not bring into play in some community health care unit,lack of financial compensation system and bilateral referral mechanism,as well as infrastructure construction and human resource procession construction are lagging behind.This paper propose some policy suggestions on those issues.
