New energy strategy of Obama Administration is breakthrough point of reviving American economies; its kernel is to dispense the depending on petroleum and to face the challenge of climate change. With this strategy being brought into effect, it is helpful to China to gain petroleum sources steadily and useful to Sino-American regenerative energy cooperation ,but it will cause great pressure to China government in the issue of carbon footprint and effect China carbon footprint security.
