摘要
书籍循环利用既可以减轻学生负担,又能合理地节约资源、减少环境污染。书籍循环利用制度在欧美等发达国家已经存在很多年了,但在我国尚未全面展开,目前我国尚无一所高校实行大规模的书籍循环利用制度。究竟是什么因素阻碍了书籍的循环利用?文章通过介绍我国高等学校书籍循环利用的现状和问题,重点分析了阻碍书籍循环的深层次原因,提出如何在不影响高校教学质量的前提下,做到书籍利用的"减量化、再使用",即既要从源头上合理规划书籍的供给,又要对现有的书籍进行循环利用,构建行之有效的书籍循环利用体系。
Book recycling can not only reduce the tuition burden on students, but also reduce the consumption of resources properly thereby achieving greater efficiency of resource and reducing the waste. Book recycling mechanism has been existed in developing countries, such as European countries and USA, for many years, but our country has not adopted this system widely. None university in China has adopted this system until now. What factors restrict book recycling7 Based on the understanding of the current situation of book recycling, this article aims to analyze the constraints of the mechanism in recycling of the textbooks and the ways to reduce and reuse the textbooks not affecting the education quality. We should reduce book supplying and build efficient mechanism of book recycling to reuse books.
