摘要
预热粉体爆炸烧结具有烧结时间短(0.1微秒内),产生作用力大(几十个GPa)、能瞬时将超细粉体和纳米粉体烧结成致密陶瓷的优点.本研究将单相超细氧化铝粉(0.4μm)首先预热到800℃,然后进行爆炸烧结,获得了密度超过98%TD的超细氧化铝陶瓷,并用SEM和XRD分析了氧化铝陶瓷的显微结构.
The technic of powder preheating and explosive c0nsolidation has these predominances, i.e. It has very short sintering time (0.1μS) and can release great force (tens of GPa),the ultra-fine powder or nano-powder can be sintered into high-density ceramic immediately. In this research, the single-phase ultra-fine powder(0.4μm) was preheated to 800℃ at first, then the method of explosive consolidation was adopted and the ultra-fine alumina ceramic whose density was over 98% TD was gotten. The microstructure of alumina ceramic was analysed by SEM and XRD
