The solutions of Riemann-type initial value problem for a twoedimensional 2×2 nonstnictly hyperbolic systemo of nonlinear conservation laws are obtained. No classical shock waves and rarefaction vaves appear in the solution.Tue solution we construct in the paper is not unique.
