June 24, 2010, Foton Motor Group signed with Moscow Municipal Government of Russia a Cooperative Memorandum at the City Hall in Moscow, which indicated that Foton European Business Headquarters and Russia Foton Auto Co., Ltd was officially established. It is believed that Foton would take Russia headquarters as its manufacturing site and operation center in European regions, which actually had raised the curtain of the stage of global market.
