摘要
马钢2500m^3高炉自投产以来,顺行状况一直不理想,冷却壁破损严重,生产水平较低。1997年通过进行技术攻关,采取如下措施:调整布料制度,控制压差,加强对漏水冷却器的管理,完善出渣铁制度,逐步使炉况趋于稳定顺行。1998年在顺行的基础上,各项技术经济指标有了较大幅度的提高,冷却壁破损也得到了控制,为高炉的进一步强化打下了基础。
Since the 2 500 m3 BF at Maanshan I & S Co. ,Ltd. was blown on in April 1994,its production level was lower for bad condition and seriously damaged cooling equipments. Through adopting a series of measures, such as adjusting distribution of stock, controlling differential pressure,strengthening management of damaged cooling equipments,perfecting tap schedule and so on, were adopted in 1997. As results, the smooth and stable operation were achieved. In 1998, the technico-economical indexes were improved greatly and the damaging speed of cooling staves were decreased.
