促黄体激素释放激素及其受体的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 对促黄体激素释放激素及其受体的结构、分布、功能以及研究现状进行了阐述,归纳了促黄体激素释放激素的主要功能。促黄体激素释放激素及其类似物LHRH激动剂和拮抗剂临床上主要用于闭经的治疗、不孕症的诱发排卵治疗、子宫内膜异位症及妇科肿瘤等治疗。促黄体激素释放激素的结构和分布特点对于进一步研究促黄体激素释放激素及其类似物抑制肿瘤、导向传递药物治疗癌症方面有重要的意义。 This article discussed the characteristics of structures,main functions ,tissue distribution and gene expression of LHRH and LHRHR.LHRH and its agonists,antagonists play a key role in the regulation of mammalian reproduction,treatment the endometriosis,human malignant tumors and so on.Due to the feature of LHRH and LHRHR,they can be worth in tumor therapy.
