钢中微量砷锡铝和酸溶铝的光谱分析研究

Spectrometric Analysis and Study of Trace As,Sn,AI and Acid Soluble Al in Steel

本文利用DV—4 1000型光电直读光谱仪,采用设置虚拟通道、二次曝光等技术分析了钢中微量砷锡铝和酸溶铝,并优化了主要分析条件。本方法无系统误差,结果准确,检出下限低,分析精密度良好。可满足冶炼过程中对微量砷锡铝和酸溶铝的快速分析。

This article makes an analysis of trace As,Sn.Al and acid soluble Al in steel by using Type DV -4 1000 photo -electric direct reading spectrometer, setting up fictitious channel and by means of secondary exposure technology,etc,and optimizes main analytical condition. This method has no system error,with accurate result low lower detection limit,and excellent analytical accuracy,It can satisfy the rapid analysis of trace As,Sn,Al and acid soluble Al in steel during melting.
