摘要
分别从工艺和设备角度分析了气流干燥塔发生落料的原因,通过提高风机送风量,并在气流干燥塔进料段下方增设喉管,较好地解决了落料问题,增加了装置生产能力,提高了产品质量。
Reasons for the problem of material fall in pneumatic drying tower were analyzed in aspects of process and equipment. Through increasing the air flow rate and setting up a throat under the feed zone of pneumatic drying tower, this problem was well solved, and the product quality was improved.
