摘要
介绍了塑料润滑剂润滑作用的多变性以及塑料加工设备工艺的多样性,详细阐述了塑化速率及熔体黏度对塑料加工,尤其是易分解PVC塑料加工的重要性,提出了转矩-时间曲线上的塑化时间、塑化扭矩是PVC塑料润滑剂配方设计(即内外润滑作用平衡规律)的实验基础。
The variabilities of lubrication of plastic lubricants were analyzed as well as the diversities of plastic processing equipment. The importances of plastication rate and the melt viscosity for the processing of plastics, especially the processing of decomposable PVC, were described in detail. It was proposed that the plastication time and plastication torque on torque-time curves were the experimental basis for the formula design of plastic lubricants for PVC (i. e. internal and external lubrication balancing laws).
