螯合剂对石棉纤维与胶乳结合强度的影响

Effects of Sequester upon the Bonding Strength of Asbestos and Latex

摘要 通过在石棉纤维打浆后加入不同的螯合剂,以减少金属离子对胶乳在石棉纤维上吸附性能的影响,增强阴离子胶乳与纤维的结合。采用抗张强度作为表征石棉纤维与胶乳结合强度的指标。结果表明:柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸、柠檬酸均可提高石棉胶乳板的强度,同时增加了纸料的打浆度,使纸料滤水困难,而柠檬酸钠对纸料打浆度的增加最少,因此,柠檬酸钠是一种理想的螯合剂,其最佳用量为1.1%。 By the addition of different sequesters to the slurry of asbestos fiber after beating, sequesters would decrease the effect on absorbability for latex adhered to the asbestos by metallic ions, and enhance the bonding between anion latex and fiber. The bonding strength was characterized by tensile strength. The results showed that sodium citrate, ethylene diamine tetra-acetic acid and citrate acid improved the tensile strength of asbestos latex sheet while the beating degree of slurry also increased and drainability performance became more difficulty. Minimal increasing of beating degree was achieved when sodium citrate was used among sequesters, therefore, sodium citrate was an idealistic sequester, and 1.1% was the optimal dosage.
