摘要
随着制浆造纸工业的发展,水耗成为倍受人们关注的话题。我国水资源匮乏,节约用水势在必行。山东太阳纸业作出表率,已走在节约水资源的先进行列。作为大型纸机之一的天章~#19机就是典型代表,通过对其多年的工艺优化,在节水用水方面取得了明显效果,吨纸水耗仅4.0m^3,处于世界同行业领先水平。
With the development of pulp and paper industry, people are paying their attention on water consumption of fresh water in pulp and paper making. The fresh water resource is less in China than in others, so saving fresh water is imperative. Shandong Sun Paper Industry Joint Stock Co., Ltd is an example that it is doing the better in saving fresh water. For example, the Tianzhang PM 19（width 4 950mm, speed 1 300 meter per minute） is one of the large paper machines, it has been made fairly progress in saving fresh water by process optimization in the last years, and the water consumption of fresh water is only 4.0 cubic meter per ton paper. And it is the edge into the advanced ranks in the world for the water consumption of fresh water.
