摘要
在预试验的基础上,研究了磷肥副产硅胶洗涤的影响因素,利用正交试验优化洗涤条件。采用响应曲面法,建立洗涤效率的回归模型,优化得到最佳洗涤工艺条件。结果表明,硅胶洗涤的最佳工艺条件为液固比10∶1,洗涤时间2 h,搅拌强度400 r/m in。在此条件下,经过5次水洗,磷肥副产硅胶中F、N、P的平均洗涤效率可达86.10%,95%以上水溶性杂质被脱除。
Based on the pre-test,the effects of factors in the washing process for silica gel byproduct in phosphorous fertilizer production were studied,orthogonal tests were adapted to optimize the washing process.Response surface method(RSM)was employed in the present work,a second order quadratic fitted regression equation for washing efficiency was built in order to optimize the conditions for the washing process.The results showed that the optimum washing process conditions: liquid-solid ratio of 10∶1,washing time of 2h,stirring intensity of 400rad/min.Under these conditions,after 5 times washing,the washing efficiency of main impurities(F,N,P)in by-product silica gel will be up to 86.10%,more than 95% of water soluble impurities was removed.
