国内软锰矿浆脱硫研究进展

The Research Progress of Pyrolusite Slurry Desulfurization

由于软锰矿浆脱硫涉及到固、液、气三相反应,反应过程较为复杂,在进行工业化应用前需要进一步研究。针对软锰矿浆的脱硫,对工艺参数、反应动力学、工艺设备、新技术等方面相关研究进行了论述,探讨了软锰矿浆烟气脱硫的研究进展。

Pyrolusite desulfurization can generate byproduct MnSO4,so it had great potential for desulfurization.As the pyrolusite slurry desulfurization involved solid,liquid,gas-phase reaction,and was a complex process,it need further study.The process parameters,reaction kinetics,equipment and new technology were discussed,and the research and application progress of pyrolusite desulfurization was discussed.
