综述了卷烟生产加工过程中烟草生物碱变化规律的研究进展,找出了影响其变化的关键工序,提出今后研究的重点是优化关键工序中的工艺参数,合理控制卷烟中烟草生物碱的含量。

The research development of the change law of tobacco alkaloids in cigarette production process was reviewed and the crucial processes affecting its changes was found out.The emphasis of future research is optimizing the process parameters of crucial processes,and controling the appropriate content of tobacco alkaloids in cigarettes.
