血防防护膏的质量标准

Quality Standard for Xuefang Protective Pasty

目的:建立血防防护膏的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中氯硝柳胺进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇-水(85∶15)为流动相,检测波长为225 nm,流速为1 ml·min^(-1),对处方中邻苯二甲酸二丁酯进行含量测定。结果:血防防护膏中氯硝柳胺薄层色谱鉴别特征明显,专属性强;邻苯二甲酸二丁酯含量测定线性范围为0.282 6～1.4301 mg·ml^(-1)(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.76%,RSD为1.8%(n=6)。结论:薄层色谱鉴别和含量测定方法准确可行,重复性好,可有效地控制血防防护膏的质量。

Objective： To establish a quality standard for xuefang protective pasty. Method： TLC was used to identify Niclosamide, and HPLC to determine the content of Dibutyl phthalate, the mobile phase was methanol-water （85：15 ）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml. min^- 1, and the detection wavelength was 225 nm. Result： The linear range of Dibutyl phthalate was 0. 282 6-1. 430 1 mg. ml -1 （r =0.999 9）, the average recovery was 98.76% （RSD = 1.8% ）. Conclusion： The methods are simple and accurate, with good reproducity, which can be used for the quality control of xuefang protective pasty.
