直接冷磨萃取法提取橙皮香精油影响因素考察

Influencing Factors of Essential Oils in Orange Peel by Direct Cold-mill Extraction

目的:研究直接冷磨萃取法提取橙皮香精油的影响因素。方法:分别对橙皮的厚薄度和重量、萃取剂和搅碎萃取时间等进行单因素实验。结果:测得各因素最佳的提取条件是:厚薄度取外果皮,重量为200 g时出油率最高;石油醚为最佳萃取剂,剂量为200 ml、搅碎萃取时间2 min时出油率最高。结论:橙皮原料来源丰富,直接冷磨萃取法生产工艺简单,投产快,无污染,提取效率和投产效益较高,值得推广。

Objective： To study on the influencing factors from directly cold mill Extraction of orange peel in essential oils. Method： Respectively degree of orange peel thickness and weight, extracting agent and extraction time for mixing crushed were performed single factor experiment, respectively. Result： The factors measured by the best extraction conditions were ： take epicarp degrees of thickness and weight of 200g, when the highest oil yield; petroleum ether as the best extraction agent, a dose of 200ml, stirring time of 2 minutes ,when broken out of the oil extraction rate was highest. Conclusion： Direct cold-mill extraction is simple and there are abundant sources of raw materials, non-polluting, high extraction efficiency and production efficiency, worthy of promotion.
